Staff friendly and very helpful in getting me started with my first set of hearing aids.
I have only had my new hearing aids for a short time and I have been pretty happy with them. CIC type and I am hearing much better with these new aids. Audiologist Aaron has been excellent in explaining and answering any questions I have had. Some slight noise feedback when eating has been my only issue but this was addressed when I returned for a follow-up appointment. I have been contacted by hearing choices since I got my new aids to see how I am finding them, as well as the follow up appointment with Aaron. This is excellent service as the last audiology group I got aids from did not provide such a good service.
